To access our FREE Downloads and Templates please:

1. Go to www.paperflow.com.au

2. Then go to shop and select shop online from the drop down menu.

3. Now select Downloads &Templates from the CATEGORIES on the left hand side of the screen.

4. Select the templates you require one at a time and add each to your cart.

5. This is also the place you can write a review of any product you love. When you write a review this will show up when people look at the product and we would love you to write reviews for any product you love!

6. If you make a mistake and want to remove anything from your cart just go to Basket (on the top right hand side) and check the remove box and update your cart.

7. Once you have everything you want in your cart you need to "buy" your free products. Of course they will cost you nothing but you need to go through the process.

8. Now select checkout top right hand side.

9. You have two options- You are a new customer and you need to set up a new account or you are a returning customer and you just log in because you already have an account.

10. To set up a new account you need to click continue.

11. Now fill in your details, check the box that you have read the terms and conditions and select continue again.

12. You should get a prompt telling you that your account has been created and you should click continue.

13. Now you should go to check out or you can continue shopping for anything else you want.

14. Now you will have payment options and if you only selected free stuff you will have an option saying free checkout, if you also purchased non free items you can pay by paypal or direct deposit (preferred).

15. You now need to press confirm order.

16. If you are purchasing something with a special code you have been given this is also the place you would put your code to receive your discount or or free product. You don't need this now but you may in the future.

17. Now you see a screen confirming your order which looks like this: Your order has been successfully processed! Your product/s will arrive at their destination within 2-5 working days. If you have ordered a downloadable product it will become available in the downloads folder in your accounts area once the transaction has been completed. You will be notified via email when ready.

18. Now click the link for downloads folder and you will see all your downloadable products ready to download.

19. To go back to your downloads any time in the future simply log in, go to Account, then My Orders, then downloads and they will be there waiting for you.

If you have difficulties seeing the templates after downloading, try using internet explorer instead of firefox in the transfer process The downloads are in Word 2003 or PDF. Some MAC users have reported difficulties.
