How PaperFlow Started
PaperFlow started with a simple frustration. Colin Keegan has over 20 years in fire protection, and spent most of them watching fire safety companies, including his own, pay through the nose for software that tried to do everything and did most of it badly.
The platforms kept getting acquired by overseas investment groups, the prices kept going up, and the support kept getting worse. Meanwhile, the blokes in the field just needed something that worked.
Rafael Da Costa brought over a decade of software development experience and saw the same problem from the other side - good tradespeople stuck with software built for boardrooms, not job sites.
So they built PaperFlow. Not another enterprise platform trying to be everything to everyone, just solid fire safety software that does what your team actually needs, at a price that doesn't take the piss.
