Is PaperFlow really this much cheaper than Uptick?
Yes. Uptick charges $180-250 per person per month. For a 5-person team, that's over $1,000/month before their $5,500 setup fee. PaperFlow is $299/month for the same team with $0 setup. We can charge less because we don't have 128 employees and three offices to pay for.
What's the catch? Why is it so much cheaper?
No catch. PaperFlow is built and run by a small team in Perth. No investors demanding 30% growth. No enterprise sales team. No overseas offices. Lower overhead means lower prices - and we still make a healthy margin. We're not a charity, we're just efficient.
Do I get fewer features on the cheaper brackets?
No. Every bracket gets every feature. The only difference is how many people are on your team. We don't believe in locking features behind expensive tiers - if you're paying us, you get the full platform.
What happens when my team grows?
You move to the next bracket. If you're on 1-3 people and hire a fourth person, you move to the 4-10 bracket ($299/mo). No penalty, no re-signing, no drama. If you're on an annual plan, we adjust the rate for the remaining months.
Can I really cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans - cancel today, done. Annual plans - cancel and we refund unused months, pro-rated to your card. No exit fees. No 36-month contracts. No "retention team" calling you five times. You can export all your data before you go.
Do you charge setup or onboarding fees?
No. $0 setup. We help you get started - included in your subscription. Uptick charges $5,500+, Simpro charges $1,900-$9,000, AroFlo charges $2,900. We think that's taking the piss.
